Welcome to the first grade

Hey! It’s us – Grade 1s! We’ve been going to school for three weeks. During this time, we got to know our new colleagues, teachers, school building and rules. We also started learning, which we will continue throughout the whole year. In Maths we practiced spatial orientation and the recognition of the right and left sides, in Science we talked about senses, we painted our school during Arts class, we were singing and playing instruments in Music and were training in the open air during Gymnastics. And all this was done in English! But we were also learning Polish – we practiced writing and reading, and those of us, who are new to this language, learned also how to greet and count. Because in our school everyone will find something for themselves!
