Today we remember our visit to the Ethnographic Museum which we visited at the end of November to explore the autumn colour palette and find out how animals and people prepare for winter. Children from the Bubbling Bees and Funny Foxes groups recognized and reviewed the names of fruits, vegetables and cereals collected in pantries, took part in the construction of a hut and a word play associated with the names of months. It was also interesting to record autumn memories on paper circles, sealed in a jar which is waiting to be opened one winter day. The children had smiles on their faces all day.
